1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions By applying for and using a Trade Account on STB.co.uk, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Trade Account and its associated benefits.
2. Eligibility To be eligible for a Trade Account, you must be a registered business or organization. STB.co.uk reserves the right to approve or deny Trade Account applications at its discretion.
3. Account Benefits
a. Net 30 Days Payments: Trade Account holders are entitled to a net 30-day payment term, allowing you to make payments for your orders within 30 days of the invoice date.
b. Quick Reordering: Trade Account holders have access to a streamlined reordering process, making it easier to replenish stock and manage your safety footwear needs.
c. Location-Specific Deliveries: We offer location-specific delivery options to Trade Account holders, allowing you to specify multiple delivery addresses for your convenience.
4. Account Management
a. Account Information: It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the Trade Account application process is accurate and up-to-date. Any changes to your business information should be promptly communicated to STB.co.uk.
b. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Trade Account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
5. Orders and Payments
a. Order Placement: Orders can be placed through your Trade Account on STB.co.uk. All orders are subject to acceptance by STB.co.uk.
b. Payment Terms: Payment for orders must be made within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of the Trade Account.
6. Pricing and Discounts a. Pricing: Prices for products are subject to change without notice. Trade Account holders may be eligible for special pricing and discounts, which will be communicated separately.
7. Shipping and Delivery a. Delivery Addresses: Trade Account holders may specify multiple delivery addresses. STB.co.uk will make reasonable efforts to deliver to the specified locations promptly.
b. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges may apply based on the location and size of the order. Details of shipping charges will be provided at the time of order placement.
8. Returns and Refunds
a. Returns: Returns are subject to the STB.co.uk Return Policy, which is available on the website. Trade Account holders must adhere to this policy when requesting returns.
9. Termination of Trade Account STB.co.uk reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Trade Account at its discretion, with or without cause. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments must be settled immediately.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions STB.co.uk reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through email or by posting the revised Terms & Conditions on the website.
