I’m always a bit dubious when buying from a store I hadn’t heard of, however I took a leap as the shoes I wanted were on sale and available in my size! Was quite happy with the 4-5 day delivery estimate, so imagine my surprise when my order arrived the very next day!! Got what I wanted, at a great price and super quick. I’ll definitely be back!
Have worn my previous lilac microwobbleboard Fit Flops pretty much every day as a house shoe, due to historic tennis injuries involving broken bones & torn ligaments/tendons in my feet.
So comfortable! Updated with these new Fit Flops from Shuperb & received them the next day!

I payed for a new pair of Skechers received them put them on to go to work for my afternoo Shift ten at work I noticed the stitching on top of one of the shoes where not right so rang them and told them was asked to send them pictures .in the end was asked to take them to Tim Timpson’s shoe shop and I and get them repaired and they would knot some money off I said no I want them replaced they are new and not fit for purpose.so gave me a return label and a week later have said can’t see a fault and they have been warn.i told I put them on for 3 hrs of worK…??.now told if I want them back I have to pay £5 for postage.So now the shoes I been held to ransome please help what a joke this company is please avoid…

Very pleased to receive something I actually ordered i.e. wide fit. Quality excellent and very comfortable AND very good value.
I bought a pair of slippers from this company and wish I had never chosen to buy from them. The slippers are poor quality (shedding fluff and the insoles are not fully attached). After contacting customer service to ask for help, first I was told I had to send them some photos (which I did, although you couldn't really tell what the issue was from the photos), then I was told that the quality control team had said it wasn't a manufacturing issue, that I was using the slippers improperly (I had only tried them on!) and that therefore I would not be able to return them or receive a refund for them. I bet that's what they say to all their customers who want to return a faulty product. Shameful. I spoke to someone on their customer service line who was very rude to me, asking me if 'I was done' when I was explaining what the issue was and saying that I was doing strenuous activity in the slippers... she even asked if I was exercising in them?! Again, I told her I had only tried them on. I've been told I can't return the slippers as they are not deemed faulty and if I do return them I will need to pay £5 for them to send them back to me. Never heard of anything like this before. Just shocking. Avoid at all costs!

Thank you for the review, if I may, I would like to address some of the points you have raised as it is with regret that the review is not an accurate reflection of what has happened here.
We did speak to you on the telephone yesterday, I apologise if you deemed this to be rude but I can assure you that was not the case. It was difficult to be able to have a conversation with yourself due to your reluctance to let us explain the findings on the pair and being met with a chorus of 'I don't care', 'not my problem' which is why we asked if you had finished making your points as we did not want to talk over you.
It is with regret that there is no manufacturing fault with this pair. it is a well known Hush Puppies slipper that we rarely get any issues with.
We have also gone directly to the supplier and they have confirmed the shedding is due to friction from your feet, the insoles are also not designed to be glued down as many customers like having the option to replace these with their own specialist insoles.
I appreciate this is not the outcome you were hoping for but if a pair is not deemed to have a manufacturing fault it is difficult for us to be able to help.
